Every year, our congregation nominates and elects members to a nine-seat administrative board which faithfully oversees our staff, financial operations, and property, aligning our material resources with our sense of God’s call. The board is led by a Chairperson, and its nine voting members are broken into three classes each serving three-year terms. Our pastor serves as the board’s spiritual guide.

In United Methodism, this model of governance is known as a “Simplified Accountability Structure” because it unites and streamlines the work of what traditionally were three distinct committees.
